Kind Act Count to Date: 98
Day 26 I spent the whole day in the university library today, checking recent cases. It's virtually deserted in there on a Sunday. There wasn't even a librarian on my level - just me and a rather wild-eyed looking academic man, who was clutching the American Journal of Jurisprudence with a little bit too much fervour for my liking. Something about the way he was pawing the cover made me think that he has a picture of the Supreme Court Bench in swimwear in his bedsit.
On the other hand I looked completely normal - just because I haven't had a hair cut for three months, and I whooped with delight when I found the correct citation for Ali v Ali (No.3) does not make me eccentric. It makes me single-minded, studious, but yet still ruggedly handsome in the manner of that professor bloke off Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
All this AND we've hit 98 Kind Acts! I bought my Significant Other a wee gift. I felt all romantic about it too. At least until she said "What's this for? What have you done this time?"
