GERRY: Brian!
BRIAN: Gerry good to see you. Oooh. I like your scarf. Those colours are very daring.
GERRY: Thanks. Yours is lovely too. Very stylish. Ooooh, I like how you've tied it.
BRIAN: Thanks. Come on then. Guess...
GERRY: Mmmm. Snug around the neck; neat; formal but with hint of "Oooh, I've just thrown this on, I don't have time to waste tying fancy knots..." Am I on the right track.
BRIAN: Go on
GERRY: It's a knot that says "Oooh, I know the best macchiatto on the Great Western Road; it's a knot that positively screams to keep out the biting wind on a February morning at the Botanics"
BRIAN: Yes.
GERRY: It's the Kelvinside isn't it? The knot of the West End gent.
BRIAN: I like the cut of your gib Gerry, but actually, it's actually a new variation on the Kelvinside.
GERRY: A variation? You are an enigma Brian.
BRIAN: Thanks. It's the Kelvinside, but with a twist. Look, I crossed over before the double roll.
