Day 16 of The YES Experiment

I am having trouble focusing now. I have been working from 8am this morning on a re-draft of the book, trying to get the precise order of the various sections sorted so that section numbers can be applied my my ever-patient publishers. I've spent ten hours on it today, and if anyone comes into the office now I might punch them, just for the therapeutic value of pummelling someone.
Today's Yes! was a struggle. My Significant Other suggested I should go for a run. I am not clear whether the subtext today was -
I love you dearly and I am concerned for your physical and mental well-being, stuck as you have been throughout the weekend checking obscure footnotes. Go out - run free - cut loose from your toil for a few brief minutes and gallop like a young God across the Elysian Fields.

At any event, after a long grapple with the "rules of yes" (I nearly threw the towel in) I put on my training gear and padded around the estates of Baillieston. And, I have to say, it cleared my head, and actually let me think through some points that have been bothering me about how to structure the chapters.
My legs have packed in altogether mind you. That is the Yin Yang of Yes for you.
