Perhaps my funeral will not be as poorly attended as I believed yesterday.
The Blog of the Kindly Cuppa is delighted to report that it has an offer of another friendly cup of tea in the USA. My American contacts are proving to be very generous indeed. In fact, so far, North America is the second most generous continent of tea drinkers after Europe. Asia has offered only one cup of tea, and frankly those of you in South America, Africa, Australasia and Antartica should be downright ashamed of your lack of hospitality. You will have no chance of hosting the 2024 Olympics if you do not buck your ideas up.
Chrissie and her bloke have kindly offered to make a brew for me if I happen to be in Floriday between now and 10th July. (For my North American readership I should remind them that by 10th July, I mean July 10. The Blog of the Kindly Cuppa is bi-lingual.)
This means that if I am short of my target later this year, I have the option to tell my Significant Other that she will need to look after the Small Round Faced People for a few days because I have booked a return trip (that's a "roundtrip" for those of you in the States) to Florida, in order to have a cup of tea with some people I have never met, in order to fulfil some entirely pointless goal.
