Entry for 7th October, 2008 - It's a docking station Jim, but not aswe know it

I have just bought a Bose iPod docking station.
Actually, when you examine that opening sentence, it does sound a bit like a line from an early 1970s sci-fi series.
“Where’s the Chief Engineer?”
“He’s beamed down to the nearby P-class planet to buy a Bose iPod docking station.”
“Good thinking. You never know when we might need to dock with a nearby iPod.”
Anyway, it is not a sci-fi device. In fact, it is sci-fact, and that’s a fact. It is also very groovy. I am currently listening to “She Sells Sanctuary” in all its bassy glory whilst eating cheese. Life does not get more perfect than this.
