Hurrah! Here is the first of what I hope will be many cups of tea, in my quest. This is me and my friend Lanarkshire's Leading Actress, enjoying a refreshing cuppa this afternoon. She popped in with her boyfriend this afternoon, and I immediately offered her a brew, on condition that she allowed herself to be emblazoned here on the blog for the gratification of my regular readers. She is a talented actress, and as we all know the word for "actress" and the word for "prostitute" are the same in many languages. She accepted my offer immediately, the craven, publicity-seeking, crazy girl that she is.
Speaking of craven, publicity-seeking; you will be able to catch Lanarkshire's Leading Actress in Practical Magic Theatre's production of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, which will be coming to a theatre near you soon. I say "a theatre near you". This is only literally true if you will be living in central Edinburgh between 3rd and 10th August. But there is still time for you to move house. If you truly loved quality amateur theatre you would make that sacrifice. Not to do so is, quite frankly, selfishness. After all, I have posted a picture of myself drinking tea up here for you. I am willing to go the extra mile? If you aren't are you really a true friend? Social networking involves some effort people. You can't just sit there enjoying the entertainment day after day, without making a sacrifice.
