Entry for 1st December, 2008 - Golf in the sunshine

I have just had the most magnificent evening, golfing in the Spring sunshine with my mate The Advisor.
I haven't played golf for about four years, but as part of my effort to tackle the stresses of work I resolved to play at least one game this month. And it worked perfectly. I was in work this morning, and by the time I left I had a tension headache. There was nothing unusually stressful. it is just the constant demand of making decisions I think. My job seems to demand decision after decision after decision. And sometimes the whole thing seems to have an oppressive wieght.
However, by 4pm I was ambling along happily in the sunshine with no greater care in the world than complaining about the terrible state of the greens. My headache was gone.
It is good sometimes to feel the sun on your back.
